Can buyers purchase parts, trucks, or trailers on Parts Masters?
No. Parts Masters is a lead-generation marketplace. Buyers contact sellers directly to confirm availability, fitment, inspection, freight, payment, and sale terms.
How does a buyer contact a seller?
Use the listing inquiry form, phone link, email link, or text option when available. The inquiry is routed to the seller contact details configured for that listing or seller profile.
Who can list inventory?
The v1 pilot is curated. Parts Masters can list its own parts inventory, and approved sellers can submit parts, trucks, trailers, and equipment for admin review before publication.
Do seller-submitted listings publish immediately?
No. Seller CSV imports and seller portal submissions are held for Parts Masters review. Listings need acceptable category, title, condition, location, source permission, and inventory details before they go public.
What happens after a buyer sends an inquiry?
Parts Masters records the lead and routes it to the seller. Admin and seller tools can track lead status, response status, notes, and reporting, but the seller owns the follow-up conversation.
What do the pricing labels mean?
Fixed means the seller has provided a listed asking price. Call for price means the seller wants a direct conversation. Request quote means the buyer should submit details before the seller provides price and availability.
Are prices, availability, and fitment guaranteed?
No. Prices, availability, condition, and fitment must be confirmed directly with the seller before money changes hands. Heavy-duty parts should be checked against part number, VIN, application, measurements, and condition.
How does Parts Masters handle copied product data and photos?
Listings should use seller-provided material, Parts Masters-owned material, or material with confirmed permission. Listings with unclear photo or data rights should be corrected before promotion.
What should buyers do if a listing looks suspicious or incorrect?
Use the report-listing option or contact Parts Masters. Do not send payment through an off-platform link before verifying the seller, item, condition, and transaction details.
