About Parts Masters

Parts Masters is a heavy-duty marketplace built around real seller inventory.

Parts Masters began with a parts-first supply wedge: make hard-to-find heavy-duty parts searchable, then let trusted sellers add trucks, trailers, and equipment as adjacent inventory. The site is built to market inventory and route buyer interest, not to process the sale.

Parts Masters does not process checkout, payments, escrow, shipping, returns, warranties, or final sale terms. Buyers contact sellers directly and confirm price, availability, fitment, inspection, freight, and payment details with the seller before any transaction.

Parts-first supply

The narrow wedge is parts inventory because Parts Masters can provide volume, category knowledge, and seller-side context from day one.

Adjacent commercial listings

Trucks, trailers, and equipment support the same buyer audience, but they stay secondary until the parts marketplace proves search, lead quality, and seller follow-up.

Lead routing over ecommerce

Listings create buyer demand signals and seller conversations. The marketplace captures inquiries and reporting while the seller owns the commercial relationship.

Original, permissioned data

Listings should use seller-provided or Parts Masters-owned photos, descriptions, and specifications unless reuse permission is confirmed.

Operating model

A curated marketing tool for sellers, not an online checkout.

The v1 pilot is curated. Parts Masters can publish its own parts inventory, approved sellers can submit listings, and admins review listing quality before inventory is promoted.

Buyers

Search available inventory, compare seller details, and contact the seller to verify the item before buying.

Sellers

Market parts, trucks, trailers, and equipment through reviewed listings that route qualified interest back to your team.

Parts Masters

Operate the pilot, review listing quality, track leads, and keep the marketplace focused on trustworthy seller inventory.
