Seller services

Inventory management support for sellers who need more listings working.

Parts Masters helps heavy-duty sellers prepare parts-first inventory for marketplace visibility, then keeps trucks, trailers, and equipment organized as adjacent listing categories.

This is a marketing and listing operations service. Parts Masters helps publish, organize, and measure inventory exposure, but buyers still contact sellers directly and final sale terms stay between buyer and seller.

Inventory intake

Start from a seller spreadsheet, CSV export, Parts Masters eBay store export, or manual list. Parts Masters identifies required fields, missing photos, category gaps, and duplicate rows before public promotion.

Listing cleanup

Normalize titles, part numbers, price labels, conditions, locations, fitment notes, and seller contact routing so buyers can understand what is available.

Publish and maintain

Approved listings move into the marketplace with admin review. Sellers can keep availability current through dashboard updates or coordinated bulk refreshes.

Lead feedback

Lead activity, buyer questions, stale inventory, and missing data are reviewed so sellers know which listings need better details or follow-up.

Seller readiness checklist

Permissioned listing assets
Photos, descriptions, and source data must be seller-provided, Parts Masters-owned, or clearly approved for reuse, including any eBay store listing data.
Parts-first data quality
Part number, brand, condition, quantity, stock number, price label, location, and fitment notes make listings easier to search.
Availability owner
Each seller needs someone responsible for answering leads and keeping sold, stale, or unavailable items out of active promotion.
Adjacent inventory rules
Trucks, trailers, and equipment can be listed with clean photos, specs, seller ownership, and a clear contact path.

What gets measured

Listings published
How many parts, trucks, trailers, and equipment listings are live by seller and category.
Lead activity
Which listings, searches, and seller profiles are creating buyer conversations.
Data gaps
Missing photos, weak descriptions, unclear price labels, or fitment fields that hurt buyer confidence.
Refresh needs
Listings that need availability checks, price review, or seller follow-up before more promotion.

Operating model

Designed for the current v1 supply-led pilot.

The service depends on existing seller inventory tools, admin review, public search pages, seller profiles, and lead capture. It should not promise automated billing, supplier feed syndication, freight handling, fitment guarantees, or ecommerce checkout.
