Trust and safety
Parts Masters helps buyers and sellers connect directly.
Parts Masters is a listing and lead-generation platform for heavy-duty parts, trucks, trailers, and equipment. We do not inspect every item, process the sale, hold funds, arrange shipping, or guarantee condition, title, fitment, availability, or price.

What Parts Masters does
- Hosts seller listings and buyer inquiry forms.
- Routes buyer leads and contact activity to the listing seller or marketplace admin.
- May review, pause, reject, or remove listings that create safety, accuracy, or rights risk.
- May provide marketplace guidance, reporting, and seller marketing support.
What Parts Masters does not do
- No checkout, cart, escrow, payment processing, financing, title transfer, shipping purchase, or fulfillment happens on this website.
- Parts Masters does not guarantee seller identity, inventory ownership, item condition, listing accuracy, or buyer payment.
- Final inspection, payment, pickup, delivery, warranty, taxes, and sale documents are handled directly between buyer and seller.
Buyer safety checks
- Verify seller identity, location, and current availability before traveling or sending money.
- Inspect high-value parts, trucks, trailers, and equipment before completing a transaction.
- Confirm part number, fitment, title, serial number, VIN, condition, price, and included components directly with the seller.
- Use secure payment practices outside the Parts Masters website and be cautious with unusual payment requests.
Seller safety checks
- List only inventory you own, control, or have written authority to market.
- Use photos, descriptions, specifications, and source data you own or have permission to reuse.
- Use owner-authorized exports, such as the Parts Masters eBay store export, instead of copying public marketplace pages or unapproved third-party listings.
- Keep price, availability, location, condition, mileage, hours, fitment, and title details current.
- Respond to buyer inquiries accurately and avoid implying that Parts Masters guarantees or completes the sale.
Report a concern
Buyers, sellers, and partners should report suspicious listings, copied data, incorrect fitment claims, fraud concerns, unavailable inventory, or rights issues through the listing report action or the contact page.
